Microsoft's Western European Loyalty Programme enrolled and served 25 distributors across 11 countries, helping them drive sales of Windows, Office, Server and Devices. A points system rewarded sales and learning accomplishments with redeemable gift cards and through a rewards shop.
JBC provided dedicated studio support for the loyalty marketing team. We worked closely with the team for 2014/15 to create a new logomark and programme look and feel. JBC provided on-going art direction and production for the website, learning platform, partner microsites and regular central and localised SPIFF communications. The SPIFFs drove the country promotional offers and Microsoft learning opportunities.
